2009 LGC
In 1939 wealthy racer John Snow, heir to a Sydney department store fortune, imported a number of important cars from Europe
including an ex-works Type 135S Delahaye which he campaigned to 4th place in the 1939 AGP at Lobethal.

Now owned by Peter Mullin in California, the very Delahaye is entered for Lobethal 2009 to be driven by a friend of Peter Mullin's, Jim Stranberg from Colorado.
Greg Whitten is bringing a second Alfa P3 from USA, and just entered is the recently restored former Dick Seaman mount, a 1485cc 1926 Talbot Darracq GP car of Victoria's Stuart Anderson.
And on two wheels, Jim Scaysbrook, publisher of "Old Bike Australasia" will be aboard one of Franc Trento's magnificent ex Les Deiner modified machines, along with the superb Rex Acme of local, Martyn Adams of Birdwood.
